These “General Terms of Use” define the rules for using the website www.sweetpaname.com and establish the contractual relationships between all users of the site.

SWEET PANAME is a brand headquartered at Avenida 25 de Abril, 33, 2dto tras, 3830-044 Ilhavo - Aveiro, tax ID 209559764, and registered with the Aveiro Commercial Registry Office.
The “General Terms of Use” presented here are the only applicable ones, unless there is a prior written agreement from SWEET PANAME. SWEET PANAME may occasionally modify the provisions of its General Terms of Use. By accessing the website www.sweetpaname.com, the customer agrees to comply with the “General Terms of Sale.”
It is considered that when an order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our “General Terms of Use.”

USER REGISTRATION
To register on the website www.sweetpaname.com, you must use the Register option and fill in the requested details. The registration process is quite simple. We collect only the necessary information to identify, contact, and provide personalized service.

The user of the site is responsible for the access credentials to their account (username and password) to ensure the confidentiality of their data.

Registration is mandatory to make purchases. Only after logging in can you add items to the cart and complete a purchase.

MY ACCOUNT
The user of the SWEET PANAME site is responsible for the access credentials to their account (username and password) to ensure the confidentiality of their data. Through the My Account option, you can view past orders or change your password. If you make a purchase and find that the address is outdated, you can edit or add a new address.
In cases of misuse of the site, and regardless of the applicable legal procedure, SWEET PANAME reserves the right to, among other actions, cancel the user's registration, remove orders, and any other content.
SWEET PANAME ensures the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. Data collection and processing are done securely to prevent loss or manipulation.
SWEET PANAME does not disclose or sell customer data to third parties, so all information is confidential. Access to information is restricted and used only for communication with the customer, processing orders, including payments, shipping, and after-sales support.

DISPUTES AND LIABILITIES
For the resolution of disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Terms, the competent court will be the Court of the District of Ilhavo. Under Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, the user of the SWEET PANAME site may also resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity, whose network of Arbitration Centers can be consulted at www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org
SWEET PANAME is not responsible for delays or contractual non-compliance due to force majeure: disruption, total or partial strike, postal services, transportation or communication means, flood, fire, or war.
SWEET PANAME is not responsible for any indirect damage: loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage, or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the site.

CONTENT INFORMATION
The SWEET PANAME site is intended for personal use only. Reproduction, transfer, distribution, or storage of the content on the SWEET PANAME site, without prior written permission, is prohibited for other purposes.
To facilitate access to other content, the SWEET PANAME site may include links to other websites. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
SWEET PANAME respects the delivery times of an order as long as stock is available. In the event that one of the ordered products is out of stock, SWEET PANAME will contact the customer by email or phone to inform them of the new delivery time for the product or to request a replacement with a similar item. If it is not possible to fulfill the order, the customer will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made.
SWEET PANAME’s policy is to only offer products for sale that are in stock in our warehouses, but due to technical or circumstantial issues, there may be discrepancies between the quantities shown for sale on the site and the quantities available in stock.

PRODUCT FEATURES
The illustrative photographs of the products presented here are not part of the contractual scope and do not replace any commitment from SWEET PANAME.
Since the information provided is based on data supplied to SWEET PANAME by its suppliers, we make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors. However, if errors occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. If the presented information does not correspond to the product's characteristics, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase.

PRICES
The sale prices indicated on the site are in euros, including taxes and fees. Shipping costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the destination and final order value.
SWEET PANAME reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price indicated on the site at the time of the customer's order will always apply. The SWEET PANAME site reserves the right to modify any information and commercial offers presented about: products, promotions, commercial conditions, and services at any time.

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All products sold by SWEET PANAME come with a conformity warranty, without prejudice to the applicable legal warranties. After receiving the order, the consumer should check if the item is in perfect condition and, in case of defect, contact SWEET PANAME via sales@sweetpaname.com within 30 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
In the case of a return, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, using the same payment method, excluding shipping costs.
After receiving the defective item, SWEET PANAME will send it to the brand for analysis, always within the legally stipulated time — 30 days. Regardless of the item in question, it should always be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the return form.
The warranty does not apply if the item is defective due to misuse or not following the manufacturer's usage specifications.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
If the product is not what was ordered, does not fit, or has visible defects, you have a 30-day period (from the delivery date of the order) to easily make an exchange or return with SWEET PANAME. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. In the “Orders” menu, select “Request Return.”

  3. Fill out the form and confirm your return intention.

  4. Place the item(s) in a properly sealed and wrapped package (you can use the SWEET PANAME box used for delivery), along with the duplicate invoice, and send to:
